It's that time of year again....
If you would like your order to arrive before Christmas, please place your order before our recommended last post dates.
The Christmas period is the busiest time of year for mail services, so to avoid disappointment, it's a great idea to order with plenty of time to spare.
Remember, the sooner you place your order, the sooner you'll receive it. We'll be as busy as the elves working hard to dispatch your orders daily Mon-Fri and our last postal day will be Friday 18th December.
A couple of things to note when ordering for Christmas:
❅ Standard and international post delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates ❅
- For guaranteed UK delivery, please select special delivery next working day. This service can be used for orders placed Mon-Fri up to 2pm. The order will then be delivered the next working day before 1pm.
- For deliveries outside the UK - please consider selecting 'tracked' airmail at the checkout. This offers a tracking reference and tracking for your parcel.

Also, please bear in mind the following:
There are lots of annoying things that slow down the post over Christmas that unfortunately we don't have any control over.
This can include things like delays at depots and post offices, bad weather, strikes and if you're outside of the UK, customs duties and local/national delivery handling.
I know...they make it tough right?
So the best option is to be prepared! Get your order in early, well before the last recommended dates and there's the best chance that everything will arrive safe and sound in time for Santa :)
