Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK, most major countries in Europe and worldwide.

Is your stationery genuine?

All of our stationery is completely authentic. We’re super proud to stock the genuine articles from great stationery brands around the world.

The item I’m after is sold out, when will it be back in stock?

Bummer. No worries though…If you enter your email address into ‘notify me when available’ box on the product page, you’ll be automatically sent an email as soon as we update the item as back in stock.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept most major credit and debit cards or you can pay by PayPal.

All of our prices are in UK pounds sterling (GBP). For international payments, your bank should handle the currency conversion, but they may charge a small fee. It’s best to check with them first if you’re not too sure.

Can I change the items on my order / change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to change it. Please get in touch by emailing hello@thefoxandstar.co.uk and we’ll check.

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we’re not able to change it.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

Most orders arrive within the timescales estimated on our delivery page. However, sometimes things outside our control can slow the postal system down a little. Postal delays can be caused by bad weather, slow depot processing and the customs office if your order is going overseas.

It’s also worth checking that the delivery address that you provided for your order is entirely accurate. The customer would be responsible for covering the cost of re-sending the item if an incorrect address has been provided.
